The rooms are spacious, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to Paris and nice restaurants. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit the triumphal arch.

perfect location, perfect service, perfect ambiente, 100 % clean
unfortunatelly there are two construction sites to the left and to the right of the building - the works start at 6am, from 9am they start drilling, all the guests complain, we stayed for 3 nights and got one for free, the buildings will not be finished before 2012

It is a very fine hotel, but ........
It was an unpleasant stay with loud construction adjacent to room 312 from 0630 am for about 11 hours/day. It was impossible to rest during the day. Euro 445 was an outrageous rate to charge for this room

This is an excellent hotel located very near the Arc de Triumph area. They upgraded our room which was a terrific surprise. The concierge staff was excellent, offering help with directions, restaurant choices, metro lines, and even had tickets available for Palace of Versailles so we did not have to stand in the ticket line there. The rooftop area offers terrific views of the city both by day and night. We only chose to have drinks there and did not dine although the menu looked quite good. The room was very comfortable. It is also convenient to the metro with the Kleber station right outside the front door. Our stay here was ecellent and would certainly recommend it.

The hotel rooms are nicely furnished with all the amenities you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, especially in the English bar and room service. There is a good selection of supplies available, including a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a comfortable seating area.

Impeccably clean hotel
Very courteous staff, especially in the English bar and room service. Well-maintained, romantic rooms with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Marvellous setting. A wide array of food available in the terrace

The hotel has the best possible central location, right next door to the conciergerie who were particularly helpful and polite. They offered car rentals and details about the train system strike, making it easy to get around. The restaurant prices were also very reasonable.

We were in a newly renovated room; the whites dispelled the interior carving details which could otherwise feel cluttered. The use of white allows for a pleasant inroom experience without foregoing the European feel that comes with intricate details. Bathroom was also splashed in white, and was pleasantly spacious.
Staff service has room for improvement - in terms of service attitude.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the famous shopping street. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, especially at night when the Eiffel Tower lights up. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings and a large bed.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The rooftop restaurant was overpriced and the menu options were limited and uninspiring.

This is a very old and unique building/hotel so the internal architecture is amazing and the location is superb. The concierge will help you get any where you need to go.
Being an old building it has wooden floors between levels and when the person in the room above you comes in at 2am you can hear everything they do in the room above you, unfortunately our night owl also got up at 4am to go to the bathroom and then arose at 5am. It would be better if the hotel was brought up to code.

The room was beautifully maintained & new-fashioned with AC, a good shower, comfortable bed. Consistently courteous staff especially in the English bar & room service, had just perfect stay. Location: the hotel was close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, and the restaurant.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
